Whenever you see Nike in the title it’s usually a safe buy, it’s almost too abrupt but if your willing to shell out for a great quality cart bag, this towers over all competitors.

Datrek Assault Cart Bag

Datrek is one of those solid good brands but not among the “elite” of the likes of Nike and Callaway, suffice to say you won’t see many Datrek golf bags on the tour.

But what they lack in name recognition they make up for in lower prices and that is just what they provide with this latest addition to their bag repertoire.

The Datrek Assault Cart Bag provides a good amount of features for a cart bag, but can they pull them off?

• A fairly lightweight cart bag has 2 putter rubberized wells great for reducing noise on the cart ride.
• Comes with 9 pockets  3 of them are considered ‘valuables’ pockets unfortunately these are terribly small, you would think a cart bag would have nice storage compartments, but here it falls flat.
• To help coping with getting caught in the rain, it includes an umbrella holder and rain hood.
• A choice of a few color packets each with 3 different colors, Copper, Silver and Charcoal.

Overall A Good Cart Bag has quite a few features but not doing anything amazing, but makes up for being a notch cheaper than the big boys.

TaylorMade comes up with a bag that provides the solution to the affordable golfers problem, a well designed cart bag that is lighter on the wallet than most out there.

• Extremely light at 5.4 lbs making it easier to transport on and off the golf cart the added front handles make this process even easier,the design is also very slim so no space is wasted.
• Provides space for the utmost organization of your golf clubs with a 14-way divider but with the small design it doesn’t give the clubs enough space making it easier to get them tangled together, bummer.
• there is plenty of space with 9 pockets but what make this bag in some ways awesome is the large insulated cooler pocket which can easily hold lunch and even a six-pack.
• The Design is slim, light and effective this bag has that pro quality look and feel that you usually have to pay out the nose for.
